They have some GREAT online instant tech support on their site, that's for sure. If you DO buy one though, I'd suggest getting one with at least 1 GB of ram in it since Windows Vista would be the obvious OS that would come with your machine. Anything less than 1 GB, and you're new machine will be crawling.
