what are the best/reliable,etc companies to buy from?
if i can customize that would be good as well as i know the specs i want that are ideal for me. Basically i just want a great reliable notebook computer thats going to last and have everything i want on it and i dont want to make a mistake and choose the wrong one.

I have an Averatec - (Feather Light) 1100 Series notebook
I believe it to be infected with a virus and no amount of scanning and removing with a virus protection program has worked. I figure I would just reload windows but the recovery disks I have, I thought were for this computer, but are not. I want to purchase them online if possible.

I want an online game that you could explore huge worlds and meet other heroes online and battle with them and just be able to keep exploring and modifying your character.
